The patient – woman 49 years old with recurrent vertigo. Symptoms since 3 years. No hearing loss, no tinnitus. Head ache on the right side since 1 year. RM ordered by neurologist due to recurrent attack of vertigo - vestibular schwannoma on the right side – T1

The patient was informed about all management modalities: surgery, observation and radiotherapy.

Decision – surgery by middle fossa approach.

Audiograms:

RM – T2, and T1+C
